Nature of Services

AO1 provides voice-based emotional support experiences, including but not limited to:

  • Sound-based regulation experiences

  • Digital resources

  • Email communications

  • Educational and reflective materials

AO1 is not therapy.

AO1 does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Participation in AO1 is voluntary and for educational and informational purposes only.

No Medical or Crisis Support

AO1 does not provide emergency services, mental health treatment, crisis intervention, or medical diagnosis.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, thoughts of self-harm, or are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a licensed professional immediately.

Personal Responsibility

You understand that emotional content may bring up feelings, memories, or reactions.

You are solely responsible for your wellbeing and for any decisions made after engaging with AO1 content.

Intellectual Property

All content provided through AO1, including but not limited to audio recordings, scripts, sound design, written materials, branding, graphics, logos, and digital assets, is the property of AO1 Heals LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, or share AO1 content without prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only.

User Submissions and Voice Recordings

If you submit written reflections, reviews, comments, or voice recordings, you represent that:

  • You own the content or have permission to share it

  • The content does not violate any law or third-party rights

Voice recordings uploaded to AO1 may be stored and processed for the purpose of generating personalized support experiences.

You retain ownership of your recordings.

By uploading content, you grant AO1 Heals LLC a limited license to use that content solely for the purpose of delivering Services to you.

You may request deletion of your uploaded content at any time by contacting info@ao1heals.com.

Payments and Refunds

If you purchase a paid Offering:

  • You agree to provide accurate payment information

  • You authorize charges to your selected payment method

  • Prices may change for future purchases

Due to the digital nature of AO1 content, refunds are not provided unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Recurring services may be canceled by contacting us.

Third-Party Platforms

AO1 uses trusted third-party service providers, which may include:

  • Squarespace

  • Flodesk

  • Google Workspace

  • Typeform

  • Airtable

  • ElevenLabs

  • Uploadcare

  • Zapier

  • Google Drive

  • Payment processors

We are not responsible for outages, interruptions, or technological failures caused by third-party platforms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AO1 Heals LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services.

All Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes

  • Share account access or login credentials

  • Attempt to copy, reverse engineer, or duplicate Services

  • Harass or misuse the platform

Violation of these Terms may result in termination of access.

Termination

You may discontinue use of AO1 at any time.
