We honor your healing journey with care. These experiences are supportive and educational. They are not clinical services.

Not Therapy

AO1 is not therapy and is not a substitute for psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric care, or medical treatment.

We are not licensed therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, medical professionals, or crisis providers.

Nothing within our kits, audio experiences, sound design, quizzes, emails, or related materials should be interpreted as medical or mental health treatment.

AO1 does not diagnose, treat, or cure any psychological, emotional, or medical condition.

Support, Not Treatment

AO1 is designed to help you feel seen, grounded, and emotionally supported during your personal growth process.

It is not intended to replace:
