Delete Your AO1 Account

You can delete your AO1 account in the AO1 app. Open Settings, then choose Delete account.

If you cannot open the app, email info@ao1heals.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my AO1 account." We will confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What We Delete

Your sign-in email, first name, companion and guide assignment, assessment answers, notes, age confirmation, the record of the Terms you accepted, any safety flag records linked to you, and your waitlist and review records.

What May Remain

A count of safety flags that is not linked to any person. Conversation text held by our voice provider is deleted by that provider within 14 days. Backups may keep a copy for a limited time before they are overwritten.

Website Assessment

To delete the answers and email you gave in the website assessment, email info@ao1heals.com from the address you used.

Text Service

To stop texts, reply STOP. To delete your text service information, email info@ao1heals.com.

Deleting your account cannot be undone.
